 Welcome to our beautiful, newly constructed "Little House" just three short blocks from the beach. 

This unique, one of a kind property has spacious 15 ft. ceilings and stunning windows filling the space with light. Enjoy the private native California garden, grilling on the patio or sunning on the deck. 

The property has two buildings, the main living space has TV, WIFI, queen bed, 2 burner induction stove, mini fridge and a beautifully appointed bathroom. The garage/music room has a Hamilton Baldwin upright piano, a complete set of Yamaha drums with cymbals etc. The studio also hosts a computer work station with a 32” computer screen to use with a laptop.

There are great local dining choices to suit every taste. In El Granada you can grab some BBQ, or a sandwich and great cup of drip-to-order coffee at the hardware store (yes, the hardware store!) all within a 4 minute walk. Rent bikes, kayaks and paddle boards or hike coastal trails, all nearby. We are just 25 minutes from San Francisco! 

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are many hiking trails nearby for further exploration, where you can enjoy the beauty of the spectacular Pacific Ocean, California wildflowers and abundant wildlife. Sightings of migrating whales, otters and dolphins are common. 

 If you can tear yourself from the quiet and solitude you can stroll down Main St. in Half Moon Bay with its charming, unique shops and eateries just 4 miles to the south. You may want to venture further afield to Pescadero or Santa Cruz for a day trip and San Francisco is just 25 miles to the north.  

This is a great, quiet and peaceful place.  Come to practice, write, meditate  or just chill out.
